Jillian Dowding is the Program Director at the Latin American Research Centre and is the project manager for one of the LARC's projects: Mapping the Media in the Americas. She holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Calgary's Centre for Military and Strategic Studies. Jillian is also with the University's Institute for United States Policy Research.
