Tiffany Weagleby tmhweagl
Tiffany Weagle completed a BA in Development Studies at the University of Calgary with a focus on Latin America and a minor in Spanish. To complete her minor and to keep things interesting, she completed the last semester of her undergraduate degree in Chile, on an exchange at the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, where she became fluent in Spanish. She decided upon returning home to Canada that she hadn't had enough of South America and, in 2004, moved to Asunción, Paraguay where she worked for six months as a CIDA-sponsored intern on a Small and Medium Enterprise capacity building project. Tiffany traveled throughout the southern South America and has also spent time in El Salvador, Australia and South East Asia. |
